Synopsis:

Home Free! was a pilot for the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corp.) that starred Stephen Markle as a divorced father who (by the end of the episode) has both of his children (played by Jessica Steen and Ted Dykstra) move in with him.  The pilot was produced around March 1985 and was not picked up as a series.

Interesting Fact:
There was a series that only lasted a short time in early 1993 on ABC also called Home Free that starred (among others) Matthew Perry (of the hit NBC series FRIENDS) that was about a single mother (instead of a single father) whose kids moved in with her. Not sure if there is a connection or not, but it kinda makes you go... Hmmmmm....
